Where are we located?

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked online through our booking system, on dreamlashbeauty.glossgenius.com

Click our "Services" page in our menu, and it will direct you to our booking site!

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, 50% of the service + tax, non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount goes toward your total service cost. The remaining balance will be paid at the appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?

For services on our booking site, we accept cash, all major card brand payments, Zelle, apple pay, google pay, pre-paid visa/Mastercard's. Please note that card payments include a small processing fee. We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later options such as Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna.

For our product website (where you are now), we offer cash for in person purchases, all major card brand payments, apple pay, PayPal, and amazon pay.

Please note that a 2.6% transaction fee will be charged if you choose to pay online or via card. There is no additional fee for cash payments.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, but a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.

Arrival & Preparation

How should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive on time and barefaced, especially with no mascara or eye makeup.

What happens if I arrive with makeup on?

A cleansing fee (starting at $25 + tax) will be added if extra time is needed to remove makeup.

What if I’m running late?

10+ minutes late: Late fee applies
20+ minutes late: Appointment may be canceled

Lash Services

What is the difference between a full set and a fill?

A fill requires at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining.
Less than 40% will be considered a full set.

If you have under 40% when it comes to the two week period and it was work I did previously. Message me directly and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Do you accept fills from other lash artists?

Yes, foreign fills are accepted. However, if the previous work that you originally come in with is putting your natural lash health at risk, I will advise you to do a removal and full set.

Cancellations & No-Shows

What is your cancellation policy?


We require at least 4 days’ notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel within 4 days you will still be charged the fee, but we can work around this fee if you reschedule.

What happens if I cancel late or don’t show up?

An 80% cancellation fee will be charged for:

  • No-shows
  • Last-minute cancellations

Summer Hours

Wednesday: 8 AM – 4 PM
Thursday: 8 AM – 4 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 4 PM

Closed: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Sunday

What is your holiday schedule?

We are currently closed for the following holidays:

  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

General Policies

What happens after I book?

By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to all salon policies. You should receive a confirmation from our booking platform (GlossGenius) after booking.

Can I bring someone with me?

It’s best to come alone unless otherwise approved, to maintain a calm and professional environment.

What if I’m unhappy with my service?
